    We have a strong pipeline of medium density apartments and commercial redevelopment projects and looking for a permanent site manager to oversee the delivery of these projects with the first project being 87 units in Mt Albert.

    Elaman prides itself on a can do attitude that is willing to do what it takes to deliver our projects successfully - as such, we may require you to respond to problems as they arise and be willing to get involved in a broad range of tasks however your core duties will be:
    • Take ownership of on-site activities
    • Managing and implementing health and safety requirements onsite
    • Managing and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve target dates
    • Planning for ordering and delivery of materials
    • Monitoring and updating programme
    • Assisting with verifying payment claims
    • Key stakeholder project progress updates
    • Booking and managing council/consultant inspections
    • Coordinating PCG meetings and follow up actions when required
    • Manage final delivery - completion certificates, compliance documentation, and QA
    • Looking for opportunities to keep improving internal processes and systems
    Ideally candidate would have the following experience:
    • 3 years work experience as a Site Manager in New Zealand
    • Experience with commercial construction
    • Carpentry background
    • Available early November
