    The Role:

    We're looking for a new Customer Support to join our Customer Sales team. In this role, you'll juggle processing orders, managing inventory and ensuring our customers receive nothing but the best.  Do you have experience or an understanding of the NZ FMCG retail environment?     The job in a nutshell:
    • Order Processing: You'll process sales orders for our FMCG grocery retailers, as well as other customers including Food Service and website orders. From ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment to managing inventory placement, you'll make sure that every jar of Pics Peanut Butter finds its way to our customers smoothly and efficiently.
    • Strategic Inventory Management: Keep a sharp eye on our inventory and manage its placement to maximize availability and minimize shortages, ensuring that product is in the right place at the right time.
    • Customer Queries: Be the friendly voice of Pics Peanut Butter for our customers. Address their queries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency. Work closely with our quality and sales teams to uphold our high standards and ensure every customer experience is top-notch.
    • Collaboration: Partner with our internal teams to continuously improve our service and product offerings. Share feedback and insights to help us deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
    What We're Looking For:
    • Understanding of the NZ grocery trade: Ideally you have experience in processing orders within the FMCG industry with our major NZ supermarkets; or similar.
    • Organised and Detail-Oriented: You've got a talent for managing multiple tasks and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
    • Customer-Centric: Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will shine striving for a resolution that exceeds expectations.
    • Process Thinker: You enjoy process and can spot opportunities for improvement to ensure efficiency in delivery.
    • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to work closely with teams to achieve goals.
    • Excellent computer skills: Comfortable with email, order management systems and quick to adapt to new platforms and tools.
    This is an office based role to work alongside our sales team which requires a start time between 7am-8am, but we can offer flexibility on weekly hours (min. 30 hrs p/w) and opportunities to grow new skills into category/ data analytics or sales progression; for the right candidate.
