We are a premier Property Management company and are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for general property management tasks such as drafting leases, showing rental properties, vetting prospective tenants, handling maintenance and inspections, and maintaining contact and excellent customer service with tenants and landlords.
Suitable applicants will need a background in Property Management, and experience with property management software such as Palace will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Key skills and attributes include:
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Strong computer skills
The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and good time management skills
A great work ethic and attitude
Motivation, integrity and energy
The ability to speak Mandarin will be ideal but is not essential
