THE ROLE:
Pursue customer satisfaction by partnering & developing relationships with existing customers
Increase sales from current customer base
Provide outstanding service and customer care
Manage all aspects of a retail showroom
Provide advice and find tooling solutions
Build strong rapport with both existing & new customers
This role would suit Cabinetmakers, Joiners, Kitchenmakers or Builders who are interested in getting off the tools and transitioning into a Sales and management focused role.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience and knowledge in the woodworking industry is highly preferred
Be able to work within our great team culture
Have an eye for emerging opportunities
Highly self-motivated. You work well autonomously & are comfortable with stock management
A willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills.
Health and safety awareness
Attention to detail / accuracy
