    Role Purpose: To affect a seamless and efficient administration/accounts function. Communicate effectively with all team members, clients and suppliers by contributing to our continuous improvement philosophy and add to our already strong team culture.

    Key Aspects of the role includes:
    • Business and office administration tasks
    • Dealing with suppliers and placing / receiving / distribution of orders
    • Dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling, and answering phones
    • Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation
    • Providing reports to owners, based on Key Performance Indicators
    • Maintaining internal documentation and systemization
    • Operational Support / H&S / HR Admin
    • Working with team and managing hours worked
    • Training, onboarding of new team members
    • Working with job management software & Xero (or the like)
    • Assist with the Marketing & Sales Function
    You will need:
    • 3 - 5 years' experience
    • Word & Excel skills; making formulas etc.
    • Excellent written communication & verbal communication skills
    • Strong software implementation capabilities + AI Knowledge
    • Initiative driven
    • Corporate Experience will be essential
