    We are now seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our Morrinsville team in a Customer Service role.

    We are looking for applicants with a background in customer service, with excellent communication skills and computer literacy. The suitable candidate must be prepared to go above and beyond, be a team player and have a positive can-do attitude.

    Key duties and responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
    • Provide high-level customer service and establish client needs.
    • Show potential/existing customers stock in the yard and convert to sales/hires as required.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions.
    • Pick and pack web store accessories sales for delivery.
    • Responding to social media enquiries and interacting with customers posts.
    • Stock takes and ongoing adjustments.
    • All delivery/collection interactions.
    • Invoicing and creating accounts.
    • General duties as required by Sales Manager which includes but not limited to; labelling, washing and photography of stock, inspection of inwards and outgoing stock, procuring consumables.
