    About the Position: We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to support our Director and Mortgage Adviser, Ashlee, as well as our clients throughout their home loan journey. In this pivotal role, you will manage client relationships, deadlines, support team operations, and ensure that our clients receive clear communication and exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist Ashlee in guiding clients through the home loan process, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and brokers.
    • Provide exceptional support to clients and team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
    • Oversee the organization of deadlines, client files, documentation, and communication.
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance client experiences and streamline processes.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Proven experience in New Zealand residential lending, with a focus on customer service.
    • Strong financial knowledge and a genuine passion for people and property.
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft programs, CRM management and other software.
    • Excellent communication skills, eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
