Hey there, skilled tradespeople! Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a fun-loving team at B&M Joinery? What We're Looking For:
We have exciting opportunities for Joiners, Installers, and a Foreman to bring their talents to our Cromwell team. You'll be using your skills to create beautiful household joinery while working in a supportive and upbeat atmosphere.
Your Day-to-Day:- Master quality control techniques (because we're all about that perfection!)
- Get hands-on with tools and materials to bring projects to life
- Communicate like a pro - teamwork makes the dream work!
- Jump in with any additional tasks to keep the workflow smooth
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet our high standards
- Dive into both solo and team projects
- Follow safety guidelines to keep everyone in tip-top shape
- Read plans like a seasoned pro
- Load, deliver, and install joinery with flair
- Tackle other fun duties as assigned by the team
- Lead the Charge (Foreman Role): Organize, delegate, and train our factory team to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Bring:- For Joiner/Installer: At least 3 years of relevant experience
- For Foreman: 3+ years in joinery, leadership skills are a plus!
- A solid level of physical fitness (we lift things, a lot!)
- Practical problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to meet deadlines and stay organized
- An eye for detail - perfection is key!

- The Apprentice position would be subject to the training wage
