    We are currently looking for a customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team.

    This role involves making service / repair appointments for the customer and liaising with the customer right through to invoicing and vehicle collection.

    We're looking for someone with passion, pride and a can do attitude that will go the extra mile for our customers.

    Additionally you will need:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A high level of personal presentation
    • Excellent computer literacy and system skills
    • Ability to multi task and priorities
    • Friendly and confident personality
    • Hold a full driving licence
    Some vehicle knowledge would be an advantage, however is not essential.

    Full in-house training and support would be provided for this role.
