Safety 'n Action, New Zealand's leading workplace safety training provider, is seeking a dynamic Regional Training Manager to lead and support our Health & Safety Trainers across multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring consistent, high-quality training delivery and operational excellence across the Wellington area and surrounds.

About the Role

As the Regional Training Manager, you will oversee and provide guidance to the Health & Safety Trainers across our training locations. You will ensure that training delivery is aligned with our high standards and supports the development of a safer, more competent workforce in New Zealand.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Managing and mentoring Health & Safety Trainers across the Wellington area and surrounds.
Driving consistent training practices and maintaining the quality of course delivery
Supporting operational efficiency and effective scheduling of training sessions
Supporting the strategic growth of training services and ensuring customer satisfaction
Managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet their health and safety needs
Providing training at sites as required

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the health and safety
Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and New Zealand's Health & Safety legislation
Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and inspire Trainers across the Wellington area
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Completed or working towards NZQA assessment qualification - US4098
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and locations
Experience in training/teaching, in particular Hazardous substances, Confined Space, MEWP and Heights would be ideal
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
