    • Safety 'n Action Ltd and Axiom Training are a nationwide provider of training in workplace safety and driver licensing.

    We're seeking a trainer to join our mission to aid us in leading the transformation of New Zealand's culture into one where optimal standards for workplace safety become an integral part of its society.

    All trainers are provided with set targets for upskilling and sign-off relating to Safety 'n Action and Axiom Training product delivery and you will be supported with a full induction and onboarding process. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support successful training execution, including processing evaluations and assessments.

With over 200 courses across 16 locations, we train over 80,000 Kiwis annually, setting the benchmark for excellence in safety, transport licensing, and rural training.     Requirements:
    • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
    • A qualification in Health and Safety would be preferrable
    • Completed or working towards NZQA assessment qualification - US4098
    • Background in a formal trade, construction, manufacturing, armed or emergency services would be beneficial
    • Experience in training/teaching, in particular Fire courses, Confined Space, MEWP and Heights would be ideal
    • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
    • A passion for training and passing on your knowledge and skills
