    • PhotoLife Studios is New Zealand's Leading School Photographers. Due to our current employee taking parental leave from November 2024, we are looking for an active, enthusiastic person to join our team based in Manukau for the next twelve months.

    You will be responsible for liaising with Schools throughout the North Island to book in their dates for Photo Day and updating and managing this critical information on our CRM software (ZoHo based). If you enjoy working in a detail-oriented position with lots of customer contact, then you will thrive in this position.

    Your ability to be accurate and take pride in doing a job well with a "no mistakes" attitude is vital in this key role. You will need to be highly organised, efficient in managing your workflow, have excellent attention to detail and a warm, helpful customer service attitude.

    You must have the following PROVEN skills:
    • Exceptional organisational skills
    • Solid Computer & Excel experience
    • Experience working in Databases
    • Accurate Typing skills
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    Hours may be negotiable with the opportunity to take time off during school holidays. PhotoLife does operate a close down period over December / January.
