    We require an energetic and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. Being a front-line role, excellent customer interfacing skills are needed as is a good standard of personal presentation. A good level of computer literacy is also a requirement, and prior experience with dealership DMS (CRM) systems would be a distinct advantage.

    You'll be a key part of our busy service department involved in service bookings, liaison with the service team and clients, and report to the Service Manager.

    To be successful you will need:
    • Strong customer focus
    • An outgoing personality, combined with strong communication skills
    • Confident computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems quickly
    • Attention to detail
    • The ability to work in a team environment
    • Motivation to succeed
    This position is full time, 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
