    We are looking for an enthusiast who has a passion for providing exceptional and memorable guest experiences and sales to perform the role of BMW Genius (product specialist and customer service/sales expert). You will be working with a team of dedicated staff at our Dealership in Christchurch.
     
    POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
     
    Your primary role will be to assist our sales team with providing informative and positive experiences to our guests around vehicles and accessories. You will learn and develop your skills and product knowledge through guidance, support and training, provided by a friendly, highly motivated and professional team who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
     
    ABOUT YOU
     
    We don't expect you to have sales skills when you start, as we're willing to help the right candidate with a stand out professional attitude develop this over time.
     
    However, you will need to be passionate about customer service and be comfortable around people. You will need to have a good grasp of current technology and have a can-do attitude. Importantly you have an eye for detail, are able to learn quickly, follow company processes and be reliable.
     
    Previous exposure to product selling and/or customer service will be highly regarded, but car sales experience isn't a must - we're ready and waiting to train and develop the right candidate! We're looking for relatable and transferable skills, complemented by enthusiasm, attitude, drive, adaptability and genuine commitment to establishing lasting connections with our valued customers.
     
    The right candidate will receive world-class BMW Genius training at our national training centre.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
     
    We're seeking candidates with an NCEA level 3 or equivalent skills and experience. A current vehicle drivers license is required.
