    We're currently looking for a highly organised and dynamic Help Desk Support Person to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team in Auckland.

    This is a great technical help desk opportunity that would suit someone with a background in ICT helpdesk and aptitude for technical systems and products.

    The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing daily operational tasks, ensuring efficient client communication, and supporting our technical team and clients. This will involve:
    • Job scheduling
    • Communication with clients
    • Remote support for Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV
    • Manage job entries in SimPro
    • Manage calendar for technical staff
    • Daily tickets in Zendesk 
    • Incoming support calls
    • Manage response times
    • Manage Nable IT tasks
    To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
    • Proven experience in help desk.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in IT systems such as SimPro, Zendesk, and Nable.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
    This is a full time position working 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

    A remuneration package aligned with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
