    About the Role

    We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Team Member to join our team in Thames.

    You will play a pivotal role in maximising sales outcomes through opportunities created by the Field Sales team, marketing activities, and opportunities in targets civil & infrastructure projects.

    Key duties include:
    • Achieving sales through converting inbound leads and assisting with customer technical requirements
    • Project tracking and pipeline management
    • Assisting / coordinating project concept designs with the design team
    • Preparation of CAD presentations
    • Proposal and quote preparation
    • Quantity take-offs on projects from project plans
    Our successful candidate will have strong sales skills, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is able to build strong relationships. Previous experience or knowledge in the construction / building / engineering industries would be an advantage but not essential as full industry specific training will be provided to ensure your success.

    You will also need to demonstrate:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and go the extra mile
    • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
    • Able to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
    • Effective communication and people skills
    • A desire to develop a high level of understanding of geosynthetics and the design function they provide
    • Self motivated and driven to succeed
    • An eye for detail and confident maths and analytical skills
    • Able to think on your feet and problem solve
    • Positive and approachable demeanour
    • A full class 1 drivers licence
    This is a full time position working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Exact hours are negotiable and will be discussed. An immediate start is available.
