    About the role
    We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Associate to provide sales support to one of our successful Real Estate Teams. You'll receive on-the-job coaching from experienced consultants, enabling you to hone your skills and progress to the next level in your real estate career.

    What We're Looking For:
    • A minimum of 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience (newcomers with strong potential will also be considered)
    • A current Real Estate License
    • Excellent sales and communication skills
    • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
    • Organized, systematic, and thorough in your approach
    • Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
    • A strong desire to succeed and grow within the industry
    • Able to work towards targets and KPIs
    • Coachable and a team player
    • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
