Time management is crucial, as you'll be balancing multiple clients and properties. Persistence and resilience will help you push through market ups and downs. Proficiency in technology and marketing will be important as you use real estate tools and strategies to promote properties and attract clients. Your project management skills will ensure smooth handling of complex transactions from start to finish.
