Are you an experienced CNC Machinist seeking your next opportunity?
Drury Engineering is a growing precision engineering business based in Drury, Auckland. We specialise in CNC and manual machining for a range of industries, manufacturing one off parts to medium production runs. We're on the lookout for a skilled CNC Machinist with a strong background in milling or turning to become a key player in our team.
This Role:
This role will involve programming and setting up jobs, continuously checking product quality and accuracy, and producing high quality components. We will be providing some training, but we will expect you to be able to use your background in the industry to work effectively and contribute to our team.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and collaborate as part of a team.
What We're Seeking:
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years in machining and have good computer literacy skills
- Experience with both milling and turning would be beneficial
- We need someone with the expertise to manage intricate tasks autonomously, so this is not an ideal role for someone looking for an operator role
Additional Technical Skills:- Proficient in G-Code, CAD/CAM software, or conversational programming
- Familiarity with Fusion 360 is a plus
- Knowledgeable in live tooling and various tooling systems
- Accuracy in both custom single jobs as well as large production runs
