The role:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for a 5th member to join our awesome team. We believe the skills and attributes of this team are critical to our overall success, and we are looking for the right person to join our established and highly valued team.
This role primarily involves dealing with customer inquiries, providing support for our two external sales representatives, estimating jobs, and providing technical service to our diverse customer base via phone, email, and counter.
Our team prides itself on their attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to enjoy themselves while working hard.
If you have:- Previous customer service experience.
- An interest or background in mechanical engineering.
- Some knowledge of machining processes.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Good PC skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Be a genuine team player who is professional, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service to both external and internal customers.
