We're currently looking for a high performer to join our brand new service department for our Hamilton VW and Skoda dealership as an Automotive Technician.
The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate:- Neat and professional appearance
- A can do outlook towards work and fellow employees and positive attitude
- Computer literacy essential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Diagnostic skills essential
- Relevant automotive qualifications
- A current NZ Driver's License
- WOF certification an advantage
- A reliable, honest, and transparent work ethic
- High standard of mechanical workmanship and attention to detail
- An excellent written and verbal command of English
- Great time management
A competitive remuneration package is on offer along with product training located in Te Rapa, Hamilton.
Hours of work normally average 40hrs per week with rostered Saturdays (8-12pm) approx. once a month.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant and be relevant to the qualifications, skills and experience you bring to our team.
